Through the Mosgiel Health Centre website, if you submit information through our contact form, we may retain that information for future reference. Your private health information is not connected to or visible to this website. 

If you access the Manage My Health portal, we recommend you refer to that portal's privacy information for details about how they handle your information.

Through the MHC website, we may collect personal information from you, including information about your:

• contact information

We collect your personal information in order to:

• answer your online query

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter their email address, we'll be unable to answer your query.
